The Central at 5th is a mid-through-block, 31-story, high-rise Hilton Grand Vacations development with 161 guest rooms on the 48th street side and commercial retail space at the ground floor on the 47th street side. The property is located just steps from iconic Manhattan landmarks like Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, Central Park and Broadway theaters.
Guests enjoy contemporary studios and suites with kitchenettes and exclusive access to a private lounge and fitness center. The building has a maximum height of 367′ above street level and is a cast-in-place concrete structure with flat plate floor slabs and concrete shear walls. The building envelope consists of a folded metal rain screen panel system with oversized punch windows to accentuate views. The gross floor area is approximately 125,000 SF with approximately 115,000 SF above grade.
