Inspired by the adjacent power plant, the design features durable materials like brick, steel, and metal panels in a modern format. Coreten steel and dark charcoal brick at the base are complemented by light metal paneling with bright accents above. Landscaped terraces and roof gardens, home to beehives, provide fresh produce and honey.

Facing Temple Street and the transit station, the community includes a plaza, retail spaces, and a shared courtyard. It features a 10,000-square-foot childcare facility and a 4,000-square-foot grab-and-go market. The ground floor includes bike trails and edible gardens with fruit trees and herbs.
